We refer to, and rely on, these principles every day as we face new decisions and challenges in our business. The communities in which we live and work are a significant component of our business and personal lives.  We are committed to supporting them in a way that is consistent with our guiding principles – as demonstrated by our commitment to local philanthropic organizations such as Toys for Tots, Clothing our Kids and Children's Beach House. The land conservation efforts we support through the US Land Alliance and the non-profit Sussex County Land Trust demonstrate our commitment to open space preservation and the environment. 

Just as we strive to design our projects in accordance with these principles, we utilize a governance policy to ensure our community-related efforts (monetary and non-monetary) are prioritized and directed appropriately.

Our Community Support policy requires all donation requests be submitted in writing via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or standard mail to our Delaware office.  The leadership team will review requests on a quarterly basis. Complete proposals must be received by the 15th day of the prior month in order to be considered, requests received after the 15th day of the prior month will be reviewed at the next available committee meeting.
