Jaime Zolper

Sr. Project Manager

Jaime Zolper joined Ocean Atlantic Management in 2002 and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager.  Her responsibilities include: project management, investor and bank relations, operating development budgets, project accounting, sales and settlement monitoring, project utilization and other operational activities. She currently serves on all of Ocean Atlantic HOA Community Boards. Prior to working at Ocean Atlantic she worked as a Financial Analyst at Atlantic General Hospital and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Jaime is also an agent with Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty, where she received her State of Delaware residential license in 2003 to further her real estate knowledge. She is also member of NAR, the National Association of Realtors ®.

Mrs. Zolper graduated cum laude from Frostburg State University and she has a MS from University of Delaware. She resides in Rehoboth Beach, DE with her husband, Casey, and two daughters, Alexis and Brooke.
