Doug Motley

Chief Financial Officer

Doug joined the Ocean Atlantic team in January 2006, and is responsible for the oversight and management of all financial and accounting activities companywide.

Prior to joining Ocean Atlantic, Doug held various management positions in corporate and business unit strategy as a Vice President at MBNA America. Most recently he led the division responsible for credit card marketing strategies and directed the development and implementation of cutting-edge optimization models.

A native of Delaware, Doug grew up in Dover and later graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a degree in economics. Doug enjoys almost any type of outdoor recreation and spending time with his friends.
