Erin Scharp
Recruiting Coordinator
Erin joined the Ocean Atlantic Team as a Recruiting Coordinator. Her goal is to gather and assemble the strongest team that Ocean Atlantic can offer, not only for our customers and vendors, but for our shareholders, and other existing team members.
Erin grew up in Newark, Delaware and is a graduate of John Dickinson High School. She has her bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Towson, Maryland. Coming to the beach every summer, Erin took advantage of the opportunity to relocate to the coastal area of the state.
