Gene Lankford

Co-Founder / Chairman of the Board

Gene Lankford graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Lankford worked for fifteen years with General Foods Corporation, leaving the company as the Director of Personnel. During the next fourteen years, Gene worked for the state government on the Governor’s Cabinet as Personnel Director for state employees. He was discharged from the US Army holding the rank of Captain. Since 1962, he has held a real estate license and founded Ocean Atlantic Agency in 1990. He is the owner of the Atlantic Sands, Breakers Hotel, and Village by the Sea Shopping Center. Gene is currently developing five housing projects and several commercial projects.
