Jaime Zolper

Project Manager

Jaime joined Ocean Atlantic Associates in December 2002 to help provide financial support for the Project Development Team. She became licensed REALTOR(R) in 2003 to gain a better understanding of the real estate market in Sussex County and to further her career with Ocean Atlantic. Jaime's responsibilities include budget preparation and monitoring, project utilization and other operational activities. In 2007 she was promoted to a Project Manager.

Born and raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, she completed her Master's Degree in Applied Economics with a full scholarship from the University of Delaware. Jaime has interned at the Office of Housing and Urban Development and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. and previously worked at Atlantic General Hospital. She makes her home in the Lewes area.
