• Previous experience in real estate, property or high end retail sales preferred.
• Passionate and creative with sales opportunities, demonstrated ability to close.
• Willingness to share your enthusiasm and involvement in the community you represent.
• Flexible with schedule and work week
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
The Community Sales Manager is an integral part of our community sales and marketing team. Excellent organization and negotiation skills will be needed to succeed in this role. We seek highly energetic, motivated and creative individuals to join our dynamic team. High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
