SALES ASSOCIATE

Status: Full Time
Entry level sales positions at soon to be developed and existing communities. This role has an excellent opportunity for future development to a Community Sales Manager.
- Previous experience in real estate, property or high end retail sales preferred.
- Passionate and creative with sales opportunities, demonstrated ability to close.
- Willingness to share your enthusiasm and involvement in the community you represent.
- Flexible with schedule and work week
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Exceptional organization and negotiation skills
The sales associate will be an integral part of our community sales and marketing team. We seek highly energetic, motivated and creative individuals to join our dynamic team. Self confidence with an aptitude for customer service and negotiating is necessary. High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
