John Schneider
Senior Project Manager
John joined the Ocean Atlantic team in November of 2006 as a Senior Project Manager, and his responsibilities have since expanded to include the management and coordination of all site-work companywide.
Prior to his employment with Ocean Atlantic, John, as a registered Professional Engineer, has worked as a Project Manager in both the private and public sectors with DMJM+Harris, Pennoni Associates, Century Engineering, Dover-Kent Metropolitan Planning Organization, and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT). John has designed, managed, and reviewed numerous major and minor commercial and/or residential land development plans and proposals statewide as well as designed and managed many major highway transportation projects in both Delaware and Pennsylvania over the past several years.
A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, John spent several years in Tallahassee, Florida before moving to Dover in 1989. John is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received his BAS in Engineering Technology. He resides in Rehoboth Beach with his wife, Autumn and their son, Dru.
