Krista Burton

Settlement Coordinator

Krista joined the Ocean Atlantic team in July 2007 as Settlement Coordinator for Ocean Atlantic Communities. Some of her duties include reviewing sales contracts, coordinating settlements, and providing assistance to the project management team.

Born and raised in Millsboro, Delaware, Krista attended Goldey-Beacom College receiving an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems and returned to the area to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Wilmington College. After completing her degree she also obtained her Delaware Real Estate License.
