Lincoln Davis

Vice President of Project Management

Lincoln joined Ocean Atlantic Associates in 2007 as the Vice President of Project Management. He came to the development firm after three years with Beazer Homes as Director of Land Development, managing the development activities of over 2,000 units across 18 communities in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Previously, he worked for nine years with Carl M. Freeman Companies, most recently as the Assistant Director of Community Planning. While there, he helped develop over 3,000 units and two golf courses in the master planned communities of Sea Colony, Bear Trap Dunes and Bayside. Lincoln also has 15 years of military service as a US Army Ranger, Green Beret, and Officer Candidate School Instructor. Lincoln and his wife moved to Delaware from Baltimore in 1996, and have two daughters. Together they are active in community theatre, the Meals-on-Wheels program, and their church.
