Lloyd Richter

Controller

Lloyd joined Ocean Atlantic Associates in April of 2009 as the Controller. He came to the development firm after eight years with Carl M. Freeman Companies where he was the Controller of their Sports & Hospitalities Division; overseeing the accounting functions of their golf, hotel and restaurant operations. Previously, he worked for over 10 years in public accounting.

Lloyd grew up in the Chicago area before moving to and working in the Washington DC after college. Lloyd and his wife relocated to Bethany Beach in 1994, and have four children.
