Mary Kay Barna

Director of Human Resources

A Pittsburgh native, Mary Kay joined Ocean Atlantic Associates in September of 2005. With over 18 years of Human Resource experience, as our Director of Human Resources, she is charged with designing, developing, and implementing a Human Resources system to support the growing employee population. In addition she will continue to recruit and hire top talent to sustain and champion our new initiatives.

Mary Kay spent ten years of her HR career as Director of Personnel for London Fog in Baltimore, Maryland. A graduate of Mercy, with a degree in nursing and a licensed registered nurse, she began her career in business as an industrial nurse and safety manager. She is currently completing her Masters in Human Resource Management.

Mary Kay and her daughter, Meaghan, live in Ocean View.
