Nick Wexler

Nick Wexler joined the Ocean Atlantic team in 2002. Mr. Wexler was born in Columbia, Maryland but considers southern Delaware his home as he has been vacationing there with his family since the age of seven. Mr. Wexler’s background includes graduating with honors from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN majoring in economics. At Vanderbilt Mr. Wexler was an active member of his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi, as well as a founding member of the finance club.

Post graduation from Vanderbilt Mr. Wexler accepted a job with Enron Corporation in Houston, TX as a financial analyst. At Enron, Mr. Wexler learned risk analysis, deal valuation, investment strategies and finance and uses these technical skills in the development arena.

Mr. Wexler is part of the management team of Ocean Atlantic whose primary tasks include deal origination/acquisitions and dispositions as well as financial modeling.

Mr. Wexler is active in the community and sits on the fundraising board of the Lewes Canal Front Park which is charged with the task of redeveloping the canal area in the Town of Lewes. Mr. Wexler is the youngest of three and is family oriented in his social views. Mr. Wexler feels that the greatest complement to being involved in real estate is the feeling that tangible assets are being created that enhances other people’s quality of life.
