Groundbreaking at Independence, the Premier 55+ Active Adult Community of Coastal Delaware
Millsboro, DE - The community of Independence, located just west of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware on Route Five, celebrated its model home court groundbreaking ceremony on February 1, 2007.
