National Association of Home Builders honors Echelon in five categories of competition
Rehoboth Beach, DE - Echelon Custom Homes had reason to celebrate this week after being recognized several times by The Nationals competition for the second consecutive year. Echelon’s awards, this year, include five Silver Awards in some of the most celebrated categories.
The National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council within the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), is responsible for the evaluation of thousands of entries each year. “The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovation in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Dan Levitan, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”
Echelon Custom Homes was recognized with Silver Awards in five separate categories this year including Best One-of-a-Kind Home, Best Interior Merchandising of a Model priced over $2,000,000, Best Design Center, Best Brochure for a Builder, and Best Website for a Builder. In addition, Echelon is also the only builder in the state of Delaware to have winning entries in this year’s competition.

In winning the Silver honors, Echelon is now automatically entered into the next level of competition, The Nationals Gold Awards, for each of the five categories. The awards ceremony will take place as a part of the International Home Builders’ Show on February 7th at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort of Orlando, FL.
