The Community of Independence Wins Regal Award
The Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Delaware honored The Community of Independence’s Marketing Brochure as the Best Brochure for an Active Adult Community at their 15th Annual Regal Awards Ceremony on Thursday, March 15, at the Rollins Center at Dover Downs.
Independence, along with the other winners of the prestigious Regal Awards, included homebuilders and associates who have achieved excellence in the new-home sales industry during the 2006 calendar year. The Regal Award winners are judged by a distinguished panel of judges, all from nearby states, including builders, architects and several sales and marketing experts.
Categories for the Regal Awards included Advertising and Marketing, Interior and Exterior Merchandising, Best Home, Best Custom Home and Community of the Year. Individual achievement is recognized as awards are presented to the Sales Person of the Year, Rookie Sales Person of the Year, Superintendent and Project/Production Manager as well as the Million Dollar Club for new home sales professionals.
