Independence is a 430 home Active Adult age restricted residential community located just 8 minutes from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, DE. Independence Hall, the well-appointed 24,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, hosts an assortment of events each day, all coordinated by the activities director and promoting the Independence lifestyle. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center with yoga studio, billiards hall, self service bar, walking trails, tennis courts, a putting green, outdoor barbecue area, and community gardens with greenhouses.
