Front Desk Associate - Coastal Club

As a Reception Manager, you'll have the opportunity to be the first face our customers see as they come to the clubhouse, pools, and fitness center. You’ll also work directly with new homeowners after settlement as they move into the community. In the reception process, you’ll play a huge role in that superior customer experience we strive for. The reception area can be busy, ie. answering phones, registering guests, selling passes, welcoming club members, managing vendor visits. You’ll need to be able to multi-task fluidly. Some evening, weekend and holiday hours are to be expected as that’s when our customers rely on us.

The Reception Manager will be responsible for

- Welcoming club members and their guests to the clubhouse;
- Processing guest registrations;
- Processing guest passes;
- Answering guest questions about the facilities;
- Managing the coffee bar supplies; and
- Supporting the management team with the general maintenance and operations of the facility.
